#5▲FAQ
Questions, answered
Where do the positions come from?
From real Google results for your country, language and device, fetched once a day through a SERP data provider. We look at the top 100 organic results and record where your domain first appears.
When do I get an alert?
When a keyword moves by at least the number of places you choose (3 by default), enters or leaves the top 100, or crosses into or out of the top 10 or top 3. One message per project per day, only when something moved.
Why Telegram?
It's instant, free and works on every device. Connecting takes one tap on our bot's link; you can stop alerts anytime with /stop.
Why is there no free plan?
Every check is a paid request to a search data provider. A small subscription keeps the checks daily and the data reliable.
Do subdomains count?
Yes: example.com matches www.example.com and blog.example.com. Add a separate project to track a subdomain on its own.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account page. Checks stop at the end of the period; your history stays readable.
